The Robertson show pavilion competitions allow our exhibitors to showcase their talent and craftsmanship. We have  17 sections with over 600 classes, which include cookery, bread baking, beer, art, craft, knitting, sewing, pot plants, photography and woodwork.

PAVILLION REGULATIONS:

1. All entry forms to be completed online by Friday 7^th March 2025
2. Late entries may be displayed but will not be judged.
3. For all exhibit closing times see the individual sections.
4. Exhibits must not have been entered at any previous Robertson Shows
5. ENTRY FEES all classes are FREE
6. White Exhibitor Claim Tickets must be produced to claim exhibits & prizes.
7. Most successful exhibitor:
   1st = 3 points | 2nd = 2 points | 3rd = 1 point if awarded
8. PAVILION OPEN: Friday 9.30am-5pm | Saturday 9am-5pm
9. COLLECTION OF EXHIBITS: STRICTLY SUNDAY 17/3/25 FROM 9AM-11AM
   • All perishable entries not collected by 11am will discarded,
   • All other entries may be collected by appointment,
   • All exhibits must be marked off by Stewards before leaving the pavilion.
10. Prize money in all Pavilion Classes (unless stated otherwise) 1st = $7, 2nd = $3. Issued from Show Office from 9am Saturday
    15th March. School money will be issued at schools. Money not collected by Friday 29th March 2024 will be forfeited.
11. RIBBONS & TROPHIES: issued with exhibits on Sunday 16th March.
12. JUNIOR AGES – 17 years & under – must be 17 on 14/3/25
13. MOST SUCCESSFUL PAVILION EXHIBITOR 2025
    Ribbon, Robertson Show Medal and Perpetual Trophy Awarded to the Exhibitor who accrues the most points over all the Pavilion Section
