TRAVEL SUBSIDY: For all exhibitors who travel from outside the Wingecarribee Shire, a refund of $15.00 per head of cattle shown at Robertson will be paid. Please use standard cattle entry forms.
ENTRIES CLOSE: Friday 3rd March 2023 for catalogue production. No late entries accepted. Entries to be made online at https://showday.online/show/robertson or via email: robboshowentries@gmail.com using the standard entry form. Details of the competitor and spectator need to be provided at the time of entry.
RIBBONS: Awarded to 3rd place in all classes.

Dairy Cattle Regulations
- All cattle must be under total control of their attendants.
- Age to be taken from January 1st 2023.
Heifer Under 6 months — Born between 1st July 2022 and 1st January 2023.
Heifer under 12months— 1st January 2022 and 1st January 2023.
Heifer 12 — 18months — !st July 2021 — 1st January 2022.
Heifer 18 months – 2 years — 1st January 2021— 1st July 2021.
Female in milk under 2 years six months — 1st July 2020 —1st July 2021.
Female in milk 2 years six months— 3 years —1st January 2020 — 1st July 2020.
Female in milk 3 — 4 years—1st January 2019 — 1st January 2020.
Female in milk 4 — 5 years — 1st January 2018 — 1st January 2019.
Female in milk 5 years and over — Born before 1st January 2018. - Prize winners to be on the ground and to parade when called on.
- All attendants must appear in clean and tidy condition, or in Breed Uniforms, when leading cattle to be judged on parade.
- Prize winners competing in Pens or Groups not permitted to parade displaying previously won ribbons.
- Loss by Disease: The signing of the Certificate of Entry of any animal will be taken as a guarantee that the animal specified is free from disease. In cases of infectious diseases being spread through or by an exhibit, the exhibitor shall be responsible.
- In cases of joint ownership, points for most successful exhibitor only to be awarded to name in which the exhibit has been entered.
- Premier cattle breeders of each breed to be an exhibitor on the day.
- Exhibitors please bring own washing hoses.
- Indemnity Forms MUST be signed by all competitors.
- Registration Certificates must be produced if required by Stewards and/or Inspectors.
- All cattle must have NLIS tags.
- Owners &/or exhibitors/competitors are solely responsible for the care & control of all stock in their charge. They must exercise due caution in regards to public safety. It is their responsibility to ensure that they have adequate public liability & livestock insurance.
- ALL STALLS TO BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY AT COMPLETION OF THE SHOW.

The Most Successful Exhibitor in each Breed Section will be decided on points as follows: 1st = 3 points, 2nd = 2 points, 3rd = 1point and will be awarded a ribbon.
Dairy Cattle Regulations
- All cattle must be under total control of their attendants.
- Age to be taken from January 1st 2023.
Heifer Under 6 months — Born between 1st July 2022 and 1st January 2023.
Heifer under 12months— 1st January 2022 and 1st January 2023.
Heifer 12 — 18months — !st July 2021 — 1st January 2022.
Heifer 18 months – 2 years — 1st January 2021— 1st July 2021.
Female in milk under 2 years six months — 1st July 2020 —1st July 2021.
Female in milk 2 years six months— 3 years —1st January 2020 — 1st July 2020.
Female in milk 3 — 4 years—1st January 2019 — 1st January 2020.
Female in milk 4 — 5 years — 1st January 2018 — 1st January 2019.
Female in milk 5 years and over — Born before 1st January 2018. - Prize winners to be on the ground and to parade when called on.
- All attendants must appear in clean and tidy condition, or in Breed Uniforms, when leading cattle to be judged on parade.
- Prize winners competing in Pens or Groups not permitted to parade displaying previously won ribbons.
- Loss by Disease: The signing of the Certificate of Entry of any animal will be taken as a guarantee that the animal specified is free from disease. In cases of infectious diseases being spread through or by an exhibit, the exhibitor shall be responsible.
- In cases of joint ownership, points for most successful exhibitor only to be awarded to name in which the exhibit has been entered.
- Premier cattle breeders of each breed to be an exhibitor on the day.
- Exhibitors please bring own washing hoses.
- Indemnity Forms MUST be signed by all competitors.
- Registration Certificates must be produced if required by Stewards and/or Inspectors.
- All cattle must have NLIS tags.
- Owners &/or exhibitors/competitors are solely responsible for the care & control of all stock in their charge. They must exercise due caution in regards to public safety. It is their responsibility to ensure that they have adequate public liability & livestock insurance.
- ALL STALLS TO BE LEFT CLEAN AND TIDY AT COMPLETION OF THE SHOW.

COVID RESTRICTIONS IN PLACE AT THE TIME OF THE SHOW WILL APPLY ON THE SHOWGROUND.
EXHIBITORS, COMPETITORS & STALLHOLDERS REQUIREMENT UNDER WORK HEALTH & SAFETY ACT 2011
Any person using electrical equipment (power leads/devices/appliances etc) whilst on the Showground is required to ensure that such equipment is fitted with earth leakage circuit breakers & that all such leads/appliances/devices etc have been inspected & tagged by a licensed electrical contractor.
Persons who do not comply with the above regulations will not be permitted to exhibit, operate a stand/stall, or compete on the show ground.
Robertson A & H Society Inc. reserves the right to disconnect any electrical leads/devices/equipment that do not comply with the above regulation.
To avoid any problems arising in regard to the above regulations it is advised that you check your electrical equipment BEFORE you come to the Showground. Electrical leads are not permitted to be trailed along the ground unprotected from the power source. The Show Society appreciates your co-operation.
ACCIDENT & PUBLIC RISK INSURANCE
Any accident occurring during the period of the Show must be reported to the Secretary’s Office and verified during the current dates of the Show, otherwise the Robertson Show Society will accept NO responsibility for the consideration of any claims
