The Robertson Show celebrates rural farming in the Southern Highlands and what better way than with team challenges based on agriculture and farming.

The Farmers’ Challenge is designed to provide entertainment and promote excellence in farming and showcase involvement of youth in agriculture through a display of skills, equipment and techniques farmers use every day. While these challenges are agriculture and farming focused, there is no prerequisite to be involved in farming. This event is organised and run by TAG.

ENTRY:  Free
ENTER: On the day – deadline 3pm Sat. 11th March
ELIGIBILITY: Teams must consist of 4 people aged from 18-35 years, with at least one female and one male in each.
RULES:  Team of 4 to complete a number of farm-based activities. First team to complete all activities correctly and with limited penalties wins. Team must have at least 1 male and 1 female member.
PRIZES:  1st =$400, 2nd =$200, 3rd =$120 – sponsored by ECM Livestock

Emphasis is placed on completing each challenge in the fastest time, with the correct techniques and safe work methods.

The winning team will represent Robertson Show at the 2023 Sydney Royal Easter Show
